1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing or using the gfl2 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app or any other means — you expressly confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or temporarily close an account for investigation purposes if there are signs of suspicious activity or a breach of these terms.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users of the gfl2 platform agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Use of the platform for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
Specific Prohibitions
Users are prohibited from:
- Using automation software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, compromise the security of or disrupt the operation of the platform.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using the platform.
- Transferring or selling your account to another party.

4. Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the gfl2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX and e-wallets such as TNG eWallet. FPX deposits are typically credited to your account within one to five minutes after the transaction is confirmed.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals from your gfl2 account are subject to the required account verification conditions. The platform reserves the right to request proof of identity or additional supporting documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times depend on the account's VIP tier and the chosen withdrawal method.
General Transaction Terms
- All transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except under circumstances explicitly stated in these terms.

- Suspension at the user's own request.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the platform is not obligated to refund any remaining balance in that account, subject to assessment on a case-by-case basis.
